COCONUT FLOUR PANCAKES WITH ROASTED PEAR

Looking for something sweet but healthy on rainy fall Sundays?🍂🍁

Try these coconut flour pancakes and make sure you serve them with warm (cooked) seasonal fruit. 🍎🍐

☯️Consuming any raw fruits has a strong cooling effect that we definitely want to avoid during colder months.


Ingredients:

  • 30g of coconut flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • a little almond or other milk

  • vanilla!


  • pear

  • cinnamon

  • butter

  • quark / sour cream


Mix all the ingredients for the dough with milk and add only so that the dough remains thick enough. Warm up the pan with a bit of butter. Fry the pancakes for about 4 minutes on each side.

Cut the pear into slices and fry in butter with cinnamon. Serve with quark or sour cream.
