Try these coconut flour pancakes and make sure you serve them with warm (cooked) seasonal fruit. đđ
âŻď¸Consuming any raw fruits has a strong cooling effect that we definitely want to avoid during colder months.
Ingredients:
30g of coconut flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
a little almond or other milk
vanilla!
pear
cinnamon
butter
quark / sour cream
Mix all the ingredients for the dough with milk and add only so that the dough remains thick enough. Warm up the pan with a bit of butter. Fry the pancakes for about 4 minutes on each side.
Cut the pear into slices and fry in butter with cinnamon. Serve with quark or sour cream.
