GRAIN FREE BREAD


Ingredients:

  • 230g of sunflower seeds

  • 2 eggs

  • 30g of chia seeds soaked in 0.6 dcl of water

  • 60g (golden) flax seeds

  • 2 tbsp baking powder

  • 25g psyllium

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • water (max. 200 ml)


Soak the chia seeds in water for five minutes, grind the sunflower and flax seeds in a kitchen blender. Add all the other ingredients to the ground seeds and water gradually until you get a consistency of a thick dough. Place the dough in a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 60 to 90 minutes, test with a skewer! After baking, leave to cool and evaporate. The bread will last for about five days, I recommend cutting it into slices and freezing it. Bread is better if toasted before serving!
