GUMMIES


Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tbsp powdered beef gelatine (e.g. Great Lakes)

  • 300 ml (vegetable) milk

  • banana (or any other fruit)

  • (cocoa / carob / cinnamon)

  • (maple syrup / honey)


Mix the milk and fruit with stick blender and heat it in a pot over a low heat. Optionally add cocoa, cinnamon or sweeten to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. Mix the gelatine in a mug according to the instructions – with a little bit of water. Pour into the hot liquid and stir for a while. Then pour into a container for storage, let cool and store in the refrigerator. Gelatine only hardens completely in the cold.
