Ingredients:
plums 4 pieces (can be frozen)
cinnamon
chia seeds
additional seeds and/or desiccated coconut
(tahini)
(oat) milk
Boil the plums briefly in a little bit of water to soften them. Add milk, cinnamon, coconut and seeds according to your taste. Mix everything with a stick blender or in a smoothie maker and serve warm.
