HOT SMOOTHIE

“Love smoothies! Don’t have time! Don’t want to bite in the morning!”

It’s not the season for smoothies, let’s face it. 🍁 Plus we know warm breakfast is always the best for our bodies.🥣🔥Try this hot version of a smoothie with plums.

Ingredients:

  • plums 4 pieces (can be frozen)

  • cinnamon

  • chia seeds

  • additional seeds and/or desiccated coconut

  • (tahini)

  • (oat) milk


Boil the plums briefly in a little bit of water to soften them. Add milk, cinnamon, coconut and seeds according to your taste. Mix everything with a stick blender or in a smoothie maker and serve warm.
