Quinoa bowl

Any time I run of ideas for cooking (which is every day) I just return to the good old veggies, a little bit of grains and a pinch of creativity to make it different every time.


Bake carrots, pumpking, beetroot, red bell peppers, broccoli, etc. (Take care about the different times each of these need in the oven, broccoli will come as last or you remove it as first). 

Cook the quinoa with some herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary), dried tomatoes or roast other veggies on a pan (red bell pepper, zucchini).

Serve with hummus or your favourite dip.
