Sweet potato brownies

The most fudgy and delicious version of brownies. And this one you can even call healthy šŸ˜‰


Ingredients:

* 1 cup mashed sweet potato

* 2 tbsp maple syrup

* 1 egg

* 2 tbsp

* vanilla

* Ā½ cup of cocoa powder or carob

* Ā¼ cup of any kind of flour (rice, coconut, oat, plain)

* pinch of sea salt

* Ā½ cup of dairy free chocolate chips

* handful of walnuts (I used pre-cooked chestnuts in this case) cut into small pieces



Mix together all the ingredients above - first the wet ingredients, then the flour and cocoa powder and chocolate chips and walnuts as the very last.


Bake in a preheated oven (180C) for 25-28 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
